Air Fryer Falafel with Tzatziki
Today, I’m thrilled to share a delightful twist on a classic Mediterranean dish: Air Fryer Falafel with Tzatziki. This recipe not only brings a touch of my grandmother’s simple, loving preparations into the modern kitchen but also offers a healthier version by using an air fryer. Let’s dive into this crispy, tasty adventure!
Why Air Fryer Falafel?
Falafel typically is deep-fried, but using an air fryer reduces the oil while keeping the falafels crispy on the outside and soft inside. This method not only makes the dish lighter but also easier to prepare at home. Perfect for a quick, nutritious meal any day!
