Instructions
Preheat the oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Prepare wet ingredients: In another bowl, mash the bananas. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Combine wet and dry: Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula. Mix just until combined (avoid overmixing).
Add optional ingredients: Stir in nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruits if desired.
