Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages Lit’l Smokies sausages 28 oz each
  • ½ cup pepperoncini juice from the jar
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix 1 oz
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix 1 oz
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, sliced 1 stick
  • 6-8 whole pepperoncini peppers

Instructions
 

  • Layer the sausages: Place the Lit’l Smokies sausages evenly in the bottom of your Crock Pot.
  • Add pepperoncini juice: Pour the juice over the sausages, ensuring they are lightly coated.
  • Season: Sprinkle the au jus gravy mix and ranch seasoning mix evenly over the sausages.
  • Top with butter and peppers: Lay the slices of butter on top of the sausages, then add the whole pepperoncini peppers for flavor and garnish.
  • Cook: Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure the sausages are coated in the sauce.
  • Serve: Once fully heated and flavorful, serve directly from the Crock Pot or transfer to a serving dish. Keep the sausages warm in the Crock Pot if serving buffet-style.
